Overview

You are able to set seasonal pauses for your recurring event so they do not appear on your schedule during the pause.

There are 3 ways to do this.

When Setting Up a Recurring Event

The first way to set a seasonal pause is to set it up when you create the recurring event.

The season pause is located here during the set up process:

You can select an off season you have created before or create a new one.

When Editing Recurring Visits

To edit a recurring visit to turn on a seasonal pause, you will go to your schedule from the “Schedule Tab” then click the “Recurring Tab” at the top.

Locate the recurring series and click the pencil button to edit.

Select to use an off-season from the drop down and click somewhere on the screen to save.

To add a new off-season click the green “+ Add Season” button

From the Recurring Events List

The last way to set a seasonal pause go to the Schedule Tab >Recurring

Check the box beside the recurring visit you want to set the seasonal pause for and select “Set off-Season for Selected Series“
