All Events Page Overview

The All Events page gives you a complete list view of every event on your schedule. Unlike the calendar view which shows events by date, the All Events page lets you see, filter, and manage all of your events in one place.

To access it go to Schedule → All Events.

Filters

At the top of the page you can filter your events using several options:

  • Event Type — Filter by Visit, To-Do, Meeting, or Maintenance
  • All — Filter by calendar view or list view
  • Recurring — Filter by all, recurring only, or non-recurring events
  • Status — Filter by any status such as Open, Closed, or Skipped
  • Click All Filters for additional filtering options
  • Click Reset Filters to clear all filters and start over

Show Closed Events as Last

Click this button to push all closed events to the bottom of the list so your open events are easier to find.

Action Buttons

  • Invoice Unbilled Visits — Click this to quickly create invoices for all visits that haven’t been billed yet
  • Move All Open Events — Click this to move all open events to a new date at once

Event List Columns

Each event in the list can show the following information:

  • Date — The scheduled date of the event
  • Title / Crew — The event title and the crew assigned to it
  • Name / Details — The customer name and property address
  • Sq Ft — The measurement of the property for the visit.
  • Type — The event type (Visit, To-Do, Meeting, etc.) and additional tags such as Invoiceable, Part of Contract, or Recurring
  • Frequency — How often the event recurs and which visit number it is in the series
  • Last Serviced — The date the property was last serviced
  • Status — The current status of the event (Open, Closed, Skipped, etc.)
  • Visit Notes — Any notes added to the visit
  • Crew Notes — Any notes visible to the crew
  • Tags — Any tags assigned to the event
  • Custom Fields — Any custom field data for the event
  • BH — Budgeted hours for the event
  • Total — The dollar amount for the event
  • Balance / Balance After This Visit — The customer’s current balance and what it will be after this visit is invoiced

You can customize which columns are visible by clicking the Columns button in the top right corner of the list. Click Select All to show all columns or check and uncheck individual columns as needed.

Bulk Actions

When you check the box next to one or more events a toolbar will appear at the top of the list with the following options:

  • Clear Selection — Deselects all checked events
  • Complete Selected — Mark all selected events as complete. Click the dropdown arrow for additional completion options
  • Move These Events — Move all selected events to a new date
  • More Actions — Additional actions you can perform on the selected events
  • Download / Print — Download or print the selected events
  • Delete — Permanently delete all selected events

Event Actions

For each individual event in the list you can:

  • Click the pencil icon to edit the event
  • Click the X button to skip the event
  • Click the trash icon to delete the event
