There are a couple different ways for an employee to track their time.
The first and easiest way is from the clock icon on the top right of the screen.
If you have visits scheduled and assigned to the employee they will also see them here to clock in to.
Another way for an employee to track time is to have your time tracking settings set to require them to clock in before viewing their work for the day.
Once you do that, the employee will see a clock-in screen when trying to view the schedule.
They will need to click the “Clock In” button to view the schedule.
This will start tracking “General” working time.
After they clock in they will be able to view the schedule.
When they are finished they can clock out using the clock icon at the top right.
The final way for an employee to clock into a job is from the schedule.
They will click on the visit and click the green “Start Work” button. To stop work, they will the same thing but click the red “Stop Work” button.
The tracked time will show under the time tracking tab.
