Generate a Mileage Report

The Routing Feature allows you to track mileage for your equipment.

Mileage is only tracked for Truck-type equipment assigned to a crew, with MPG and cost per gallon set. Read Tracking Mileage to set it up.

To generate a report of this tracking mileage click Reports in the left menu. Then click Truck Mileage Report in the Routes & Jobs Reports section. Select the date range you want to show on the report.  Select the crew or select All Crews Use the Export dropdown to download an Excel or CSV file, or Download / Print to download a PDF or print it.
