Overview

LawnPro tracks the miles and fuel cost of each crew’s route. It works from your Routes (included on Grow and Plus, or a $25/month add-on) and from a truck assigned to each crew.

Setting Up Mileage Tracking

1. Go to Resources > Trucks / Equipment and add each truck, or open an existing one.
2. Set Type to Truck. LawnPro only tracks mileage for Truck-type equipment, and the status must be active.
3. Enter the truck’s MPG and Cost Per Gallon. LawnPro uses these to work out fuel cost.
4. Assign the truck to a Crew. Mileage is tracked by crew, so a truck assigned only to an employee isn’t counted. Give each crew one truck.
5. Assign your visits to that crew and build the crew’s route in Routes.

Where to See It

On the Routes page, each crew’s route shows its Miles, Fuel Cost and $/Mile. For totals over a date range, go to Reports and open the Truck Mileage Report under Routes & Jobs Reports. Days with no route cost don’t appear in the report.
