Accepting Your First Payment
Getting paid is the best part! LawnPro gives you several ways to accept payments from your customers so you can use whatever works best for your business.
Online Payments (Credit & Debit Card)
If you have applied and been approved for online payments you can accept card payments in two ways:
- Charge a card on file — Your customer can save a card to their profile and you can charge it directly from the invoice
- Customer pays online — Your customer receives their invoice and pays by card themselves through the customer portal or payment link
ACH Bank Transfer
If you have the ACH feature enabled, customers can link their bank account and pay directly via bank transfer.
PayPal
You can also accept payments from customers who prefer to pay through PayPal.
Manual Payment
You can manually log any payment received by cash, check, or any other method directly on the invoice. This keeps your records accurate even for payments made outside of LawnPro. Learn how here.
