Once you create your crews you might be wondering how to assign them to your visits.
To assign a crew to a visit, you will first go to the “Schedule” tab.
Then click the green “New Event” button and select “Visit to Customer”
While filling out the information about the visit you will see a section for “Employees” and this is where you will select the crew you want assigned to the visit.
Finish filling out the information for the visit and click the blue “Save Visit” button.
