Assigning a Crew to a New Visit

To assign a crew to a new visit, you will first go to the “Schedule” tab.

Then click the green “New Event” button and select “Visit to Customer

While filling out the information about the visit you will see a section for “Employees” and this is where you will select the crew you want assigned to the visit.

Finish filling out the information for the visit and click the blue “Save Visit” button.
