Quick Dispatch Feature
Quick Dispatch is a powerful tool that lets you add visits for multiple properties to your schedule at once. It is especially useful for snowplow companies who need to quickly dispatch crews to a constantly changing group of customers, but it works great for any situation where you need to schedule the same service for many properties at one time.
What You Can Use It For
- Add several visits to your schedule at one time — great for weather-based services like snow removal or treatments
- Create groups of customers that need the same services so you can quickly add them to your calendar on any given day
- Create a group of customers in the same area that would be on the same route so you can add an entire route of visits to any day quickly
- Dispatch pending visits that were created using the Pending Dispatch feature
How It Works
Quick Dispatch uses templates to save your groups of properties so you don’t have to search for them every time. You create a template once and then use it over and over whenever you need to dispatch those properties.
