As your customer list grows, finding the right customer quickly becomes more important. This article walks through the search and filter options on the LawnPro customer page.
Go to Customers > Customers.
Search: start typing a name in the Search box, then pick the customer from the suggestions. Click X to clear it.
Filter: click + Filter and choose what to filter by. Each filter you add shows as a chip above the list. Click Clear to remove all filters. You can filter by:
- Status: Active, Inactive, Written Off, Pending Approval, Lead, Suspended or Deleted. You can pick more than one.
- Type: your customer types.
- Payment Method: has a credit card on file, doesn’t have one, has ACH enabled, doesn’t have ACH, or has both.
- Tag
- Customer Score (Grow and Plus): Healthy (70+), Watch (40-69), At Risk (Below 40), or Churn Risk.
