Overview

LawnPro can track the mileage your crews rack up on their routes, but it needs a few things set up first so it knows which equipment to track.

Setting Up Mileage Tracking

1. Add your equipment (such as trucks) to your account, if you haven’t already.
2. Assign that equipment to an employee or crew. You can do this when adding the equipment, or later by editing the equipment.
3. When creating visits, make sure the employee or crew tied to that equipment is assigned to the job — this is how the system knows which equipment to track mileage for.

Where to See It

Once equipment is assigned and visits are assigned to the right crew, mileage shows up when you look at your routes. This is also where the Mileage report pulls its information from.
