How to Change the Location of a Property if it’s Wrong on Maps / Routes

Sometimes Google or Mapquest may get it wrong. You entered the correct address but it isn’t correct on your map of customers or your routes. 

You can easily fix this and move them to the right location.

To do that, on the left menu, click “Customers” then click “Properties”.

Once on the main property screen, you can use the search box to find the property or scroll and find it. Once you have it, click the pencil icon to the right of it to get to the “Property Details” screen. 

Scroll down to the “Property Address” area and you will see the “Update The Pin on Map” Box.

Here you can choose to drag the pin to the correct location on the map, use your current location, or enter a latitude and longitude. 

Once it is corrected, click the blue “Save” button and it will be updated in your account.
