Create a New Document Template

 

To create a Document Template you can use to help create documents, click the document tab.

 

 

 

Next, click the “Document Template” tab at the top.

 

 

 

Name the new template and type the content.

You can add tags by clicking the “Insert Customer / Company Info” button. These will autofill with the info when the document is sent or printed.

For example – the {{CUSTOMER_NAME}} tag will fill in the customer’s name of the person you send the document to.

Once finished, click the “Create Template” button to save your new template. blank

 

 

 

 

Your new template will then appear in the templates list. blank
