Ai Measuring Tool

The AI Measurement feature is an automated property measurement tool that uses artificial intelligence and satellite imagery to automatically calculate property dimensions. This includes the lawn area, building footprint, driveways, sidewalks, and other features. This removes the need for manual measurement and provides accurate, instant measurements for property estimates and quotes.

Try the Demo First

Before using a credit you can test the feature using a demo property.

1. Go to AI Measurements in the left side menu
2. Select a demo property from the dropdown
3. Click Generate AI Measurements

The map will show the property boundaries and the measurement table will show all calculated areas. Each color on the map corresponds to a color on the measurement chart.

Generating Measurements When Adding a New Property

1. Go to the Customer Tab → Properties
2. Click Add New Property
3. Select the customer and enter the property name
4. Make sure the Generate AI Measurements box is checked
5. Enter the property address
6. Add any default items or services if needed
7. Click Save
8. When prompted on what to do next select Measure the Property

LawnPro will automatically generate the measurements since the box was checked. The colors on the map will correlate to the measurements in the table.

Generating Measurements on an Existing Property

1. Go to the Customer Tab → Properties
2. Select the property you want to measure
3. Scroll down to the Property Address section
4. Click on the address as if you are going to update it
5. Make sure the Generate AI Measurements box is checked
6. Click Update Address
7. Click Measure Property

LawnPro will generate the measurements for the existing property.

Generating Measurements from the Area Calculator

1. Go to the left side menu and click Calculators
2. Select Satellite View Area Calculator
3. Select an existing customer and property to measure
4. Click Generate AI Measurements
5. You can click Notify Me When Measurement is Complete or wait for it to finish

Once complete the measurements will appear in the table beside the map. You will see measurements for the property, lawn, driveway, sidewalk, and building.

6. Click Save Measurements to Property to store the measurements in the property record
