Importing Information

Import Customers, Assets, Expenses, Items & Services

If you are switching to LawnPro from another software or have a spreadsheet, you can save a lot of time by importing your existing data instead of entering it one by one. LawnPro allows you to import from a CSV file, which is an export file you can download from most software and spreadsheet programs.

To access the import tool go to the gear icon in the top right corner → Import Customers, Assets, Expenses, Items & Services.

What Can You Import?

• Import Customers — Import your existing customer list
• Import Properties — Import your existing properties and service locations
• Import Items & Services — Import your existing items and services
• Import Expenses — Import your existing expenses

How It Works

1. Export your data from your current software or spreadsheet as a CSV file
2. Go to the import page and click the button for what you want to import
3. Select the CSV file from your computer
4. Follow the steps to map your data and complete the import
