Customers
This is where all of your customer information lives. You can add new customers, edit existing ones, view their history, and manage their billing information.
Properties
Properties are your service locations. Every customer can have one or more properties. This is where you store the address, lot size, default services, and any notes specific to that location.
Schedule / Calendar
This is where you manage your day to day jobs. You can add visits, assign them to crews, view your route, and see everything that is scheduled for the day, week, or month.
Estimates
Send professional estimates to customers before starting work. Once a customer approves an estimate you can convert it directly into an invoice.
Invoices
Create and send invoices to your customers. You can email them directly from LawnPro, accept online payments, and track outstanding balances.
Payments
Track all payments received from your customers including credit cards, cash, and checks.
Employees
Add and manage your team members, set up their logins, assign them to crews, and track their time.
Crews
Group your employees into crews and assign them to jobs on the schedule.
Reports
View your business performance including revenue, expenses, profit and loss, and more.
Settings
This is where you configure your account including your company info, branding, taxes, invoice templates, and more.
