Add a Note to a Customer Profile

To add a note to a customer, click the customer tab>customers.

Find the customer you’d like to add the note for and click the pencil icon for that customer.

Scroll down and you will see the box to add Customer notes that only you will be able to see.

This could be for customer preferences, etc.

After you are done typing your customer notes, click anywhere outside of the text box to automatically save the note.
