Rate & Review Services
Rate & Review Services is where you manage the list of services that customers can select when leaving a review for your business. This helps organize your reviews by the type of work that was done.
To access these settings go to the gear icon in the top right corner → Rate & Review Services.
Service Items
This page shows all the services currently available for customers to choose from when leaving a review. The default services include:
- Aeration
- Basic Landscaping
- Garden Maintenance
- Irrigation Installation and Repair
- Landscape Lighting Installation and Repair
- Landscaping Enhancements
- Landscape Installation
- Lawn Treatments
- Lawn Maintenance
- Mowing
- Mulch / Pine Straw Installation
- Overseeding
- Pressure Washing
- Snow Removal
Adding a New Service
Click the green Add New Service button to add a custom service to the list.
Editing a Service
Click the green pencil icon next to any service to edit its name.
Deleting a Service
Click the red X button next to any service to remove it from the list.
