How do I Change my Password?

If you’re logged in:

1. Click the person icon in the top right, then Edit Account.
2. Open the Login and Privileges tab.
3. Click Change Password, enter your new password and save.

Passwords must be at least 6 characters and can use letters, numbers and symbols, but no spaces. After you change it, other phones and computers that remembered your login will ask you to log in again.

If you don’t see Edit Account, your account doesn’t have access to the Employees page. Use the steps below, or ask the account owner to change it for you.

If you forgot your password:

1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email you log in with and click Reset Password.
3. Open the email from LawnPro and click the link within 1 hour. The link only works once.
4. Enter your new password twice and click Save New Password.

If the email doesn’t arrive, check your junk or spam folder. You can request another email after 15 minutes.
